We take any accident seriously and have a robust policy in place for when any accident occurs and for when first aid is administered.
To ensure fair and transparent allocation of nursery places we have an admission policy to manage all applications.
Some of our nurseries operate CCTV for the purposes of safeguarding our children and team.
We aim to provide an excellent service to all families. In the event of a family wishing to make a complaint or raise a concern, our complaints procedure provides a platform for open and honest dialog. Complaints Policy
We take the protection of your data seriously and have a policy to reflect our obligations.
We support all children to reach their potential learning and developing at their own rate, by following the Early Years Foundation Stage, supported by Development Matters.
We recognise that dummies can be a source of comfort, but also recognise that overuse can affect a child’s speech – our policy is put in place to best support our parents and children.

Each child will be assigned a keyperson to ensure that your child is reaching their milestones and for you to liaise with should you have any concerns.
Late charges are issued when children are collected after 6pm.

We provide an inclusive environment where each child is supported to thrive. Children with special educational needs or disabilities will have personalised tailored support, in partnership with relevant outside agencies.
Settling in sessions play a vital part in a child joining nursery and we are committed in offering these sessions free of charge to ensure that your child feels confident and happy in coming to nursery.
There are many times that a child may have to go through a transition and policy is to help support parents and children with any changes that may occur whilst at nursery.
We expect all our colleagues, both internal and external, to be professional at all times and hold the welfare and safety of every child as their paramount objective.
We recognise that there may be occasions where this may not happen, and we have in place a procedure for staff to disclose any information that suggests children’s welfare and safety may be at risk.
